I just had a lovely breakfast on the patio at a restaurant in one of the most diverse neighborhoods in the country where people were walking their dogs and pushing strollers down the street. Didn't seem like a crime-ridden hellhole to me. But what do I know? I've only lived here for 24 years.

Although I am not planning on leaving my current gig, I do keep an eye out for other opportunities just in case. Today I got a job search email that listed a bunch of HR jobs, and one for “wildlife management.” Definitely falls under the compatible skills category, I guess.

This was the largest political gathering in Denver since Obama in 2008.
Also bigger than the 2024 DNC.
And the largest ever rally in Bernie’s career (and obviously, mine too).
