I've been watching cricket for a few decades now and I still don't feel comfortable in venturing any opinion on the subject. However I love it and I always will. Even though we're dire in Australia.

🎶 You're a mean one, Mr Trump 🎶
It's the least important thing about a violent dictator receiving a bogus award from a corrupt organisation but let's just ask - how *tiny* is his left hand?

This fetid landmark, this historical stain on humanity is primarily due to the stunningly reckless obliteration of America's foreign assistance agency earlier this year.

Led by the richest man on earth. In secret, on a weekend. With zero analysis or discussion of its catastrophic impacts.
For First Time in Decades, Child Deaths Will Rise This Year
Almost a quarter of a million more children around the world are projected to die in 2025 than in 2024.

Just gave my daughter Vimto in an empty Sprite bottle and her reaction was bigger than the last three Christmas and birthday presents combined.

BBC sounds recommended its iRobot adaptation to me, however the voice for the robot is like an experimental syth voice from the 80s. A) Surely it'd be more advanced and B) I don't like it in my headphones.

Campaign for the government to build a state owned music venue in every city which plays a variety of big and up and coming acts throughout the week. Priority tickets given to residents in surrounding boroughs bought via council website. No reselling allowed. I haven't though but do it anyway.

I love how in these pictures of tombs, untouched for thousands of years, look like the beautifully crafted artefacts were chucked in by the baggage handlers at Stansted.

A dog’s paw print on a Roman clay tile 🐾 🐕 😍

About 2,000 years-ago, a dog made its mark for ‘pawsterity’ when it wandered across the wet tile laid out to dry before firing.

I did this when I was 12. I never wrote for a national newspaper though.
OMG. The Guardian have confused Kenneth Clark, presenter of the 1969 series 'Civilisation' with Tory ex-MP & former Chancellor Kenneth Clarke in their review of the new BBC series 'Civilisations:Rise & Fall'

Had a pyjama day with the daughter today. Played Switch, watched telly and a film, made tacos, just did a science experiment. She's happy as a pig in shit but my body is very cross I've not walked further than 6 meters without sitting down again.
