I wish I could say I was surprised that Rosy, a 53 year old, hitherto an assistant librarian at Portsmouth University can’t get funding for 24 hour care despite having advanced motor neurons disease meaning she struggles to hold a book. Too weak to breathe easily, reliant on a ventilator at night
