i feel like my words will never genuinely encapsulate just how relieving it is to be living in a city again after being stuck in a place where i had to get in my car just to get to one grocery store. convenience and comfortability trumps every other issue i have with city living

i thrifted myself a little tree with some really cute ornaments to go with it and tomorrow i'll spend Christmas hanging out with my friends. i think this will probably top last years Christmas, which was spent suffering alone nonstop

my social circle is so limited and i think i've done that purposefully. a lot of my friends over the years have disappeared off the face of the earth and a couple of them have just... died.

it is... almost unsettling for the first time in over a decade that im not being plagued with severe depression but my body thinks its in a seasonal depression phase so im just randomly being hit with varying levels of sorrow

for as sauceless as this site can be i find myself coming back to use it as my main form of posting. twitter actually feels way too busy now and i prefer the peace and quiet this place has to offer.
