The Banksy mural, critiqued effectively by @davidallengreen.bsky.social also unfortunately feeds the narrative that all protest is sacred and should be above the law. Peaceful protest should be protected, but violent protest, mob mentality and vigilantism need to be differentiated and prevented.

Seen quite a few comments about the small size of Union Saint Galloise's home stadium with just 9,400 capacity. Apparently they will play their UCL games at Anderlecht's ground, which holds 21,500 #nufc

Forgetting transfer nonsense, Monday's atmosphere at SJP was one of the best I've experienced. If we, as fans, could consistently meet every opponent with a similarly hostile approach and cheer our team for every kick of the game like that it would be in the top five match days out in the world.

Here me out. In a desperate situation where we need 2+ strikers in the squad, why not Jamie Vardy? One year deal with maybe an option for a second. Low base wage and a tonne in extras (goal bonus, assist bonus, start bonus, appearances bonus, CL knockout stage bonus etc.) What's not to like? #nufc
