A reminder that the US killed 80 people in Venezuela, and it would be nice if the US media cared enough to think that the life of a grandmother in Caracas whose building is destroyed by a US bomb matters as much as the life of a person in the US.

The amount of after-the-fact consent manufacturing, shameless regime stenography, and gutless both-sidesing on every single media outlet right now is genuinely worse than 2001-2002. Absolutely pathetic. We have no journalists. We have no opposition party.

For now, the most important thing you can do is submit a public comment about the harm these rules would cause. These comments may not ultimately sway this transphobic regime, but they will be very important for future lawsuits. 👇

Yes, HID headlights are very bright but the bigger problem is the proliferation of gargantuan vehicles with 5’+ hood heights so that if you’re driving a normal sized car their headlights are at your eye level rather than seat level like they’re supposed to be.

Sen Hassan, asked what will happen if Republicans don't carry out the deal, "Well, shame on them."

This is not what people were mobilizing for on Oct 18.

*taps the sign in exasperation*
One of the key disagreements in a budget deal to reopen the government is whether the president can unilaterally ignore it — and what recompense there will be if he does.

The GOP position is that he should have unlimited ability to ignore the deal, with no consequence.

Wish I were exaggerating!

If the U.S. were any other country, mass protests would be happening around the country daily demanding the president and cabinet resign for their blatant, unapologetic corruption. Not to mention the absolutely awful policies that hurt most non-wealthy Americans. But this isn't any other country...

Can afford: Trump ballroom, $40 Billion Argentina bailout, massive tax cuts for millionaires and billionaires

Can’t afford: health care for Americans, SNAP for struggling Americans, tax relief for middle class families.
