The USPS posting a NINE BILLION DOLLAR LOSS!!! sounds terrible. Certainly worse than if you said "USPS costs thirty dollars per person per year" even though that means the same thing and more accurately describes a government service

I saw a quote that got my attention. We are 9 missed meals away from anarchy.
It is not the grocery stores fault that SNAP is being cut, but some recipients in Texas are threatening to loot the grocery stores if their SNAP purchases are denied. They overwhelmingly voted for Trump and Republican Congress Senators and Governor.

The stock market is in record territory. In a country with as much wealth as ours, there's more than enough money to help feed those who can't afford it. Having enough to eat is not a privilege it’s a right. No one asks to be poor or is happy that they are. Find your damned humanity, Republicans.
