The #moleg Missouri legislature getting attention for all the wrong reasons. These measures won't solve budget shortfalls, fix roads, or attract businesses. Its just culture war all the time.

Democrats once controlled northeast Missouri. Then local politics went national
Once a Democratic stronghold, the northeast Missouri-based 18th District turned to Republicans thanks to national realignment and perhaps conservative media.
