Soup (with shrimp?). Pickled. With scrambled eggs (imbrogliata). With pasta. Frittata. The list is never-ending. If they are Albenga, they also taste different than courgettes.

Yes the raspberries and blackberries have been almost inexhaustible - anyone know why? A lot of sun and rain in very heavy bursts but not often? Whatever it is - it’s been really good

Its been a really good year for fruit- just picked a very unexpected strawberry and found they are still flowering and producing loads of little green ones.
