In 2014 Dutton as Health Minister tried to introduce a $7 Medicare co-payment.

In 2022, Health Minister Anne Ruston doubled down👇

Only two nations are in budget surplus, have triple A credit ratings and have reduced debt to GDP two years running: Australia and Denmark. Interesting that Australia's mainstream news media (incl. the ABC) doesn't report this news. 🤔 #auspol #journalism

Today the great divide is not between left and right. It’s between democracy and oligarchy.

Let me explain.
The American oligarchy is back, and it’s out of control
It’s the third time in the nation’s history that a small group of hyper-wealthy people have gained political power over the rest of us. Here’s what we must do.

Australia’s housing affordability crisis is not that difficult to solve: increase supply and lower demand by ending the incentives that treat housing as an investment vehicle rather than someone’s home. Now if only we had a government brave enough to do it.

The only reason this inquiry met is because Dutton's nuclear fantasy is a stupid distraction from his real plan:
to prolong fossil fuels.

Large reason behind Dan’s powerful popularity and immunity from Newscorp’s far right propaganda was his courage to stand up to them without fear of losing mainstream support. Courage and conviction, especially when applied to oligarchs, are incredibly appealing to voters. Just saying, Albo….
