Before very recently I had never touched a photo mode in a game but now I'm a total sicko for them.

The Demon Phalanx, true to its name, guards the path forward with a wall of shields and thrusting spears, jagged from heavy use. A massive, twisted slime pile at its core, dozens of hoplites cling to it like juvenile opossum, obscuring its tender, succulent innards. Our resourceful hero prepared a turpentine coating for her scimitar, igniting it with a roaring magic flame which the delicate flesh of the demon's core will assuredly find most distasteful. Sparks whip from the melee like angry bees, screaming and then wheezing back to the darkness. The Demon Phalanx was born from the soul of an archer who slew countless men far from the danger of the front line. Twisted by the thick, colorless fog engulfing Boletaria, she is now a helpless monstrosity, dependent upon her hoplite guardians for protection-- hoplites who, soon vanquished, will leave her as imperiled as a newborn bird fallen from the nest. Vanquished, the Demon is reduced to a powerful, throbbing soul, hovering with alien serenity over an Archstone shard, patiently waiting to be claimed by a new master. It whispers soft desires in our hero's mind as she approaches.

hr lady at work brought #chili this past friday but unfortunately i didnt make it to the breakroom in time to get some. she did the unthinkable today, and made it again. just finished my bowl and it was so good ;-;. made me think some general chili thoughts and think about my own recipe /thread
