It’s #glycotime! Looking forward to the virtual training courses in “Fundamentals in Glycoscience” from the Complex Carbohydrate Research Center. The work of Parastoo Azadi and the team at the CCRC is outstanding and highly appreciated. #glycobiology #NMR #Masspec #glycosylation

Just finished watching this @glygen.bsky.social webinar by @elisafadda.bsky.social (www.youtube.com/watch?v=xonQ...) and I must say GlycoShape and Re-Glyco looks like fantastic and easily accessible tools to visualize and explore protein glycosylation and glycans as 3D structures.

Back in 2019, I created this #Glycoscience teaser featuring @carolynbertozzi.bsky.social alongside other brilliant minds and Nobel Prize winners. Just 3 years later, she won the Nobel Prize… so well deserved! It’s truly #Glycotime. Watch here: youtu.be/3NX8KXaOdgk?...

As we (my lab and I) are new here 😻, let me introduce some exciting #glycotime work we recently published in Nature Methods doi.org/10.1038/s415... GlycoShape is a completely OA database and toolbox to restore the 3D structure of glycans on glycoproteins 🥳 You can find it at glycoshape.org 1/2

amazing, thanks so much @cashwood.bsky.social
Thanks to Bluesky’s free API, I’ve brought my @sweetpapers.bsky.social bot back.
It posts the latest articles from Glycoconjugate Journal and Glycobiology in the hope to be useful for #glycotime folks.
