This morning the Israeli army has again attacked and kidnapped members of the Flotilla, including our MEP @melissacamara.bsky.social.

Israel must immediately release Melissa and the rest of the crew, and I call upon the French government to put maximum pressure on the Israeli government to do so.

With support from all the pro-democratic groups, I asked Commissioner McGrath to act against the banning of the Pécs Pride. Orbán cannot violate LGBTQI+ rights with impunity, and the use of facial recognition on protesters is unacceptable. I will be at the Pécs Pride. Commission: do your part!

🚨 At least eight boats from the Global Sumud Flotilla were attacked by drones last night.

These boats are sailing in international waters and attempting to break the illegal maritime blockade imposed by Israel on Gaza.

However, their approach is profoundly pacifist and humanitarian.
