If Tanya Plibersek had a private jet, she could fly nonstop for 100,000 years and it would still be considerably less than her carbon footprint from this year's coal mine approvals.

Dear RBA,

The economy is tanking - it’s time to cut rates.

The economy is in a worse state than you predicted & your "narrow path" to avoiding recession is a gossamer thread.

If you think the economy is moving slow, cut rates.

The sad and inevitable truth is in another 10 years, when it is all said and done and it is irrefutable Israel committed a genocide in Palestine, there will be many a handwringing think piece from those who defend Israel's actions now, claiming 'we didn't know'. They know. Remember that they knew.

Regretfully, I can only agree. You’d expect this vengeful, punitive cruelty from the LNP. From a Labor government it’s a disgraceful abomination, an abandonment of decency and humanity.
Authorised by me on behalf of the ASRC. It’s the ugly truth as of today after the Albanese Government betrayed multicultural communities overnight. A profoundly shameful display lacking in leadership from a party elected on a promise to be more fairer & compassionate on migration.

🟥Draconian migration bills
🟥<16 social media ban

🟥Refuse to deal w Greens. Scupper enviro deal

🟥Vote against wiping HECS by 20%. Post memes about wiping HECS by 20%

Anything I missed?
A whole new level of bastardry here: Albanese undermining his own minister and stopping necessary environmental reform *because it involves the Greens*.
Albanese “has personally intervened to scupper a deal” with the Greens over an environmental reform promised last election… circumventing his own environment minister, Tanya Plibersek, who had been negotiating “for months and was close to striking a deal”.
