This is the heart-wrenching story of a man who is uniquely capable of leading peace negotiations and who, for this precise reason, is held hostage and tortured repeatedly for more than two decades by Israel. With the West's connivance, of course... www.theguardian.com/world/2025/o...

This is Melissa Hortman.

On 14 June 2025, Ms Hortman & her husband Mark were murdered in a politically motived attack.

I have been unable to locate any public statements or condemnation from you over these murders, @albomp.bsky.social. Unlike Charlie Kirk.

Why is this? Did I just miss it? #auspol

To recap—the only nation that’s ever used nuclear weapons on civilians, is backing a nation that has 200 nuclear weapons yet denies their existence, to threaten a nation that doesn’t have any nuclear weapons with annihilation if it doesn’t unconditionally surrender its sovereignty

Are we great yet?

Okay. So now it appears the Libs have totalled not one, not two, but three campaign trucks in the past three days. And in releated news, the rhetorical 'irony' and 'metaphor' are missing presumed dead. #asupol #election2025

If you've ever observed a flock of chooks/chickens in a mob fleeing hysterically from something that actually isn't there, then you'll understand the recent behaviour of the ABC, Creative Australia et al.

Jumping at shadows, the lot of them.

My latest for The Shot 🙏🏽

We are not so much being led by donkeys, as led by chooks. And these events have highlighted, we’re probably being led by a foreign country.

The government boasts that emissions are now 28.2% below 2005 levels.
Sounds great, except that is only when you include the very dodgy "emissions" from land clearing and land use (there was massive land clearing in 2005).
The fall of "actual emissions" is a mere 1.8%.
