Like most Scandinavians I'm obsessed with candlelight. Especially when twilight turns to dusk or as we call it in Sweden 'Kura skymning'. I dread to think how much money I've spent on candles over the years.

When I was a child, I wasn't too happy with my name. Henrietta was old fashioned and unusual, (I'm named after a doll). That said, I'm infinitely grateful to my parents for not naming me after my grandmother's, otherwise I could have been named Helga or Gunhild.

Once again, Russia has only itself to blame for this. It was its aggression that caused Finland and Sweden to join NATO and its Russia’s aggression that has strengthened the European alliance and put it on a war footing.
