Every attempt at a “compromise” with an aggressor without accountability is not a path to peace, but an invitation to new crimes. Impunity does not stop war — it prolongs it.

Novel problems require novel bigger problems.
Grading and googling hallucinated citations, as one does nowadays, and now that LLMs have been around for a while, I've discovered new horrors: hallucinated journals are now appearing in Google Scholar with dozens of citations bc so many people are citing these fake things

I am told that internal Ukrainian army information shows that more than 26,000 Russian soldiers were killed or critically wounded in the month of November. Confirmed by videos. No wonder Putin wants to get Trump to give him territory for free

Really impactful societal changes by technology do not seem to happen over night, usually there is rather strong hype curve after which it still takes time to conquer the markets and become the new norm.

A few observations 🧵 for the end of this year, that hope for humanity is not at all lost:

This is complete buIIshit. Listening to what tеrrorіsts say is basically legalising tеrrоrism.

Those who want to hear what russia says only want to excuse themselves because they openly support tеrrorіsm. They want to support evіІ but since it is not accepted they try to find an excuse.

Californian Camrys
Kind of crazy how many Chevy EV BrightDrop vans I’ve seen the last couple of days, surely Amazon-related to handle the surge in holiday orders, but still wild to see as many as you’d see California Camrys (Teslas) on the road

Yes, russia is indeed rapidly rebuilding its missile arsenal. The problem is that the "solution" being offered — pausing the war & restoring economic ties with russia, giving it back most of frozen assets, lifting sanctions, rewarding for war crimes — will only accelerate that buildup.

Twelve years ago today, Ukrainians began the Revolution of Dignity. Our fight for freedom continues to this day.

And today, more than ever, we must remind the world: we will not accept capitulation — no matter who tries to force it on us.

As if nukes are an excuse to ignore tеrrоrіsm. Nobody tells you to attасk russia. Defend Ukrainians in Ukraine, that is what humanity must stand for.

1/5 Russia's war on Ukraine is as black and white as it gets.

It is not morally complicated. It is one of the clearest cases of good vs evil in recent history.

Russia is the aggressor. Ukraine is the victim. No gray area. No equivalence.

Just a criminal invasion

Two photos of today haunt me: a civilian lying dead beside his car in the Donetsk region, and an elderly woman in Kherson next to her goats. Both killed — hunted — by russian drones. Both murders were deliberate.

Those who support russia share the guilt and the blood on their hands.

Estonia lacks conservative political movement, self titled 'conservatives' are fascistic-populists and luckily we show opposite trend compared to some other european countries.

Not much interesting to say internationally about it 🤷
