I knew this day was coming. I thought I was prepared. When Diego was a year old I began giving him the number of kisses of how old he was every day. Today I gave him his last 19 kisses. My heart aches but I am the luckiest person alive to have had such a beautiful and faithful friend. 💔

The couple were world travelers, particularly loved nature & animals. Their favorite is the panda. We were so glad to provide his grieving wife this plush that contained the recording of her husband's heartbeat that was recorded before he died.
