Illinois handled 25% of ALL out-of-state abortions last year.

That’s 35,000+ people crossing state lines just to get care.

The Chicago Abortion Fund fielded 16,000+ calls and no one was turned away.

That's holding the line.

They'll stick to their narrative no matter what -- and I know so many people are doing everything they can on the ground + facing truly vile things on the ground.

But still I think it matters that right now that they're losing control.

usually, not me. But yesterday ICE commander Greg Bovino was on Sean Hannity making up the same frame they love to use. And it didn't hit, even the same WELL WORN racist talking points they've been using since before I was born.

I know there's a lot to keep up with but someone has ALREADY been killed by ICE in Chicago, its not a theoretical question, and folks are dying in ICE detention and being disappeared constantly, when you say "someone's gonna get killed" youre actually washing the blood from their hands 😘✌️

Across Chicagoland today, more kidnappings continue. Immigration agents have taken people from Waukegan, Elgin, Glendale Heights, potentially some other suburbs. In the city proper, feds just snatched someone near Peterson and Pulaski—and earlier today, they grabbed someone from Little Village.
