Tell a human to speak a wish to the air, and how often they will tell you what they *want* instead. “Want” is a self defense mechanism adapted by a calcified human ego to preserve its present state; deployed against the *wish* that expands the soul past the conditions of humanity.

My GF works at a VR arcade and lately she’s heard a bunch of kids using ‘AI’ as pejorative byword for jank or slop - when a game doesn’t work right or the controls don’t grab their inputs quite correctly, they say “this is AI”.
