Just a thing about this: a common statement in writing is that you can fix crap, but you can't fix a blank page.
I have heard AI apologists claim that this is why it's fine to generate a first draft.

How can we who value community, compassion & human rights congregate in the same areas? Even red states have blue pockets; even blue states could turn bluer. A better statistician than me could probably identify places with a favorable ratio of blue voters, employment opportunities & cost of living.

This. The proposed Republican budget would take a machete to the safety net for millions of the most vulnerable Americans.
Congress voting to gut Medicaid will kill Americans and create untold suffering. Moms + babies. Grandmas in memory care. Disabled folks. The GOP has blood on their hands. Congress is now enacting a genocide on its poorest and most vulnerable. This is eugenics in action.
