Trans man, he/him, bi, nerd, parent, chubby, ADHD. mid-40s.

Raised ultra-conservative Evangelical, now somewhere left-of-center (globally speaking) and agnostic.

Just wanting more snuggs and less struggs.
It's dumb but I just realized that everyone who tells us trans folks to k*** ourselves is PROJECTING, exactly like how randos who call us pedos and r*pists and a risk to (cis) women and children so often turn out to be exactly those things - pedos, r*psts, and a risk to women and children.

Interesting how on Wikipedia on the page documenting the persecution of trans people under the 2nd Trump administration, they say trans people don't meet the Genocide Convention's definition of a protected group and therefore no amount of persecution or punishment we face would count as genocide...

TIL Santa Claus is a bureaucrat.

I'm still trying to figure out for which government, though.

I guess on the surface it LOOKS like he's a socialist handing out free stuff to kids for good behavior... but he's a classist because the rich kids get better/more stuff.
Indiana State Senator wishes you a Merry Christmas by… posting images of himself assaulting Santa Claus.

Are the fascists okay?

Trump went through all the trouble of releasing redacted Epstein Files then uploaded the files but used Acrobat to redact text making it highlightable and now the real files have leaked showing Trump was accused of raping a teenager who was found dead

An update on this story.

It's becoming undeniable that this is coordinated in some fashion. We're approaching what will be a genuine phase shift in Capitalism, likely in the form of an incredible Economic Shock.

They are already building what comes next.

So it looks like there's more reason for corporations to make sure our food continues to be as addictive as possible.... yay.

... would organ donation laws not also cover this? If someone doesn't expressly give permission to have their fat harvested after their death?
“Rather than relying on an implant or a patient's own body fat to add volume to hips or augment breasts, alloClae — which can cost as much as $100,000 per procedure — uses donor fat from a cadaver as a first-of-its-kind body filler.”
Corporate types are clamoring for a new kind of plastic surgery — using dead people's fat
Corporate types are waiting weeks for — and spending big on — alloClae, which cuts out the recovery time typically associated with body enhancements.

And let's not forget that malignant narcissists are also not exactly famous for their embrace of empathy and consideration for others. His lack of empathy was already present and since old age generally makes people give less of a fuck, that's going to get worse regardless.

Problems with this theory:
1) Trump's posture could also be explained by him wearing lifts (which arch the back) and diapers (padding the booty). Combined with a suit, that could make him look like he leans forward. Note that this posture is not visible when he's in his golfing getup, not a suit.

quelle surprise. We said they'd come for adults, and here they are, starting their next charge into battle to deny all trans people the option to transition.

At this rate cis people should pay us to pick lotto numbers for them because we're just so damn good at predicting the future apparently.
Also, this is I think the first time I've seen Maya / Sex Matters actively come out and say that they don't think transition should be allowed for adults either? It's always been 'well adults can do what they want, we are worried about the children' - not 'this is a failed model that doesn't work'.

In addition to David Brooks allegedly being a close associate of Jeffery Epstein, he is also a vocal transphobic extremist.

Why is the New York Times continuing to publish & protect this man?

What conclusions might one make about the NYT’s morality based on their seeming support for Epstein?

I really am starting to feel like the right wing's entire "pro birther" shit is just plausible deniability for their ACTUAL desire to do the NWO thing they always accused "the left" of, and slash the human population by half, about 4 billion "useless eaters".

They won't be in that half, of course.
