Lawyer writing about law, genealogy, and bad ethics. He/him
Just read someone's stock analysis that read like they were being hit by drips of cocaine mid-sentence. They'd get to the point of explaining why a badly performing market was going to turn around and instead of words, they just released a cacophony of sounds. It also explains their confidence.

Based on my analysis of dozens of hours of FBI Files, I think prostitution mostly involves giggling.

If I ever hear a judge say to me "I could basically get a volume discount here on ethical issues" I would immediately start trying to open a vein with the first object I could put my hands on.

"Yes, we are projecting about 500,000 excess deaths. It's a big victory for weight loss."
Dr Oz: "We project that America will lose about 100 million pounds this year, which will make folks a lot healthier."

I've seen one guy demanding that no one criticize her because leaving this job could cost aa lot of money. If you made it through PR and thought that doing the ethical thing was going to be profitable, you should ask for a refund.
If this is true, I have less than zero sympathy for her.

I may have a stroke.

Someone said protests don’t belong in church and it took every ounce of self-censure within me not to say “Deborah you are literally a Protestant.”

A PROTESTant.

I assume they think Luther was nailing Bed, Bath, & Beyond coupons to the door.

The only people who have died have been people exercising their constitutional rights while masked, armed federal paramilitaries have violently invaded an entire state to do a wholesale ethnic cleansing campaign.
Homan: "I begged for the last two months on TV for the rhetoric to stop. I said in March -- if the rhetoric doesn't stop, there is gonna be bloodshed. And there has been. I wish I wasn't right. I don't want to see anybody die."

Oh, look, it's the exact same sack of shit he's always been.
Tillis says he opposes ICE being barred from wearing masks: "I've seen people dox me. I've seen people take pictures and identify law enforcement officers and then put their families at risk. So, I think that's a step too far."

Aside from how obviously morally bankrupt they are, they are also terrible lawyers. Any lawyer with half a brain could have seen that this would be rejected by a judge.

No antisemitic activity. No support of terrorism.

An op-ed in a student newspaper.
