Wild how we have studies to show that hoarding wealth and being ultra rich literally poisons your brain, and we can observe how selfish behavior is treated in other species (literal shit like banishment, murder, coups) but in humans we have to remind others how dangerous it is for us to let happen

Also, I mean, forget to smoke the marijuana, or forget you've already smoked it? Or forget it at someone else's house? So much is unclear.

Seeing how much of the right-wing on Twitter is just bot farms, kinda lays bare how much hate and hatred is a project that needs to be constantly maintained, a fire that needs to be fed all the time lest it go out for a moment, so much time, effort, and resources to keep people angry and hateful.

It occurred to me I perhaps shouldn't be so surprised that a country formed by the conquest of its natives and then maintained by slavery for ages should turn out to be ... significantly racist.
