she just got the house to pass her bill criminalizing trans care for people under 18 years old.

the only mention in this piece is about how she’s upset trump hasn’t done *enough* to harm trans kids. oh and a quote from her saying trans people are all “perverted”.

what is going on at NYT?

A lot of Dems/centrists love to punch to their left, accusing young radicals of being naive, unreasonable, having their head in the clouds etc….

all while maintaining the most childish, unmoored fantasy of what the GOP is or ever was
The presidency once served as a reminder of our common humanity. Ronald Reagan described its purpose as building "a nation composed of good and decent people."

In the wake of democrats using programs called Abundance and Affordability our president has turned to some sort of degrowther
Trump: "You can give up certain products. You could give up pencils. Because under the China policy, every child can get 37 pencils. They only need 1 or 2. They don't need that many. You always need steel. You don't need 37 dolls for your daughter. 2 or 3 is nice. So we're doing things right."

I feel comfortable and secure in my belief that democratic leadership should not be pulling their slogans from venture capitalists. That this, at minimum, is a significant indictment of who they are listening and talking to. It’s not that complicated.

I think we can safely say that the Leavitt's brother called ICE on his ex, the mother of his child, and I have to say: I have no desire to respect, find common ground or share the country with these monsters.
“After Ferreira was detained, Dos Santos Rodrigues said Michael Leavitt Sr. and his father, Bob Leavitt, reached out to her.”

“‘They just kept saying, ‘Tell her to self-deport,’” she recalled. “Self-deport to where? Brazil is not her home.’” www.bostonglobe.com/2025/11/26/m...

How To Rig a Whole-ass Economy
We work full-time to afford rent. We have insurance and can't afford healthcare. It's not an accident—it's by design. Let's have a look at how it's done.
