Fantasy RPG setting where cooking works the way it does in crafting-based video games, like if you assemble a sandwich just right it can let you shoot fire from your eyes and shit, so cooking is a tightly regulated art. You can get thrown in a dungeon for marinating without a license.

Finished replaying Metal Gear Solid 3 Snake Eater (Subsistence, not Delta) after more than a decade since last time. The game damn well holds up to this day (once you get over the jank-ass no crouch walking thing anyway).

I've been sitting in the first area of Metal Gear Solid 3 (the PS2 one) for an hour and there's STILL more codec conversations that I can go through. I didn't remember there being so much optional audio.

Got a moment during the stream I wanted to clip, so I dusted Vegas and started cutting. The troubleshooting of rendering causing crashes though made me feel like cutting something else.
Anyway, now it works like a charm... that you have to stop breathing for during rendering, lest it angers Vegas.
