The fact that Fanone had to stop being a police officer because he was so vocal about January 6 should’ve been a big clue for people.

People work and continue to work very hard to read the police into the movement to defend civic society from Trump. Generally, the police have firmly refused at most every step.

Every big police union endorsed him, and he saved some of his most violent rhetoric for appearances in front of law enforcement.

And more older Americans are now living in poverty.

I've been radio silent because I'm in the process of standing up an app.bsky.* API server (aka app-view aka Barnes & Nobles). This is an expensive and time intensive operation that I didn't want to do until it was necessary.
It's a fail-safe not a differentiator in experience, but important 7/11
