Superannuation was never meant to be a tax-evasion tool for the mega wealthy. Super is for retirement savings, not a low-tax vehicle for intergenerational wealth inheritance. Everyone is more than welcome to be massively wealthy, they just have to pay their fair share of tax! Simple!

The problem with handing out government awards to politicians is that they didn’t do ‘service’ for the community. They got paid well to provide services to their Party, the Party’s donors and their ego.

This was a fascinating read - I had no idea how factions worked. The last paragraphs are really interesting though - what our economy is, and what it needs.
