Also important to reiterate fentanyl breaks down rapidly at very low temps. Even successful vaporization destroys a significant % of the starting fent. The breakdown products are not opioids - it’s smog! - and actually irritate mucous membranes and lungs. That's likely the bigger risk from exposure.

뭔 말만 하면 아동권리침해 검열주의자 꼰대어른 어쩌고 하는 사람들도, 본인 자녀가 부모랑 싸우고 평소 DM으로 구슬리던 타지역 소아성애자에게 가서 신혼 브이로그 찍어 올리면서 등교와 귀가를 거부하거나, 무리를 지어 타지역 학교에 버스타고 찾아가 패싸움하면서 그걸 브이로그로 올려대는 사례를 당하면 찬성하실 것이다. 적어도 15세 미만은 인스타를 못하게 하거나 DM만이라도 못하게 해야 한다.

유소년과 접점이 없는 분들은, 인스타 틱톡에 가득한 광고나 개소리를 초딩들이 얼마나 자주 퍼나르는지 모르실 테다. 중1-2학기 사회과목에 드디어 미디어 리터러시 소단원이 개설되었는데, 그 수혜를 못 받는 초6이 연휴 직전부터 '중국인 관광객이 삼천만명이 들어와서 레고처럼 한국인을 인수분해하여 상반신은 꺼내가고 하반신은 버리고.. 막으려면 오늘밤 안으로 국회 청원 서명 몇만건을 해야 하고.. ' 하는 개소리를 얼마나 열심히 떠들고 다니는지 모르실 게다. ㅎㅎ '누가 그런 소리 하냐'고 물어보면 '같은 태권도 다니는 언니가 틱톡에서'.

Peripheral tolerance essentially refers to the mechanisms that keep the immune system in check once those cells that recognize self have been made. There are a LOT of mechanisms involved here, generally they work really well. Peripheral tolerance is actually more important than central tolerance.

Self-tolerance is the capacity of your immune system not to attack your own body. The mechanisms by which this occurs are split into central and peripheral tolerance.

Central tolerance ensures that B and T cells that react to ourselves die, get shifted to a regulatory fate (for T cells)...
