NEW: Rep. Jason Crow (D-CO) vowed to fight after the DOJ sought to interview him for reminding military members in a video of their obligation to refuse illegal orders. The announcement comes after Sen. Elissa Slotkin (D-MI) said Tuesday the department is also investigating her for the video.
