Thanks to, I’m assuming, tariffs, getting enough seafood this year for the #FeastOfTheSevenFishes was, to put it mildly, a challenge. Even frozen seafood was scarce (and even then at a premium price).

My building management just sent us notice that gas shut-off valves need to be installed on all gas meters, necessitating that gas lines be inoperable all day. Of course, the day they decided this installation needed to happen is the DAY BEFORE Thanksgiving. <sigh>

On our summer trip to NYC, we sat in the rain for two hours to see a preview performance of this (which was, rightly, ultimately cancelled due to safety concerns). Very happy we’ll be able to watch this!
