There is no evidence that the officer who shot the woman was injured at ALL, despite Trump’s claim here that he is “recovering in the hospital.”

Immediately after the shooting you can see him walking completely normally, and he stayed on the scene for a while before driving off.
Trump: "I have just viewed the clip of the event which took place in Minneapolis. It is a horrible thing to watch. The woman screaming was, obviously, a professional agitator, and the woman driving the car was very disorderly, obstructing and resisting ... "

I need people to wrap their minds around the fact that here in Minneapolis, ICE broke the window of a vehicle yesterday, pepper sprayed the occupants, and arrested them, and shot another observer in the face today, and OBSERVERS ARE STILL GOING OUT TO PROTECT THEIR NEIGHBORS AT MASSIVE PERSONAL RISK
I’m eating lunch, I’m having a panic attack, I’m charging my phone, and then I’m going back out to try and keep my neighborhood safe.

Just saw the video of the ICE shooting in Minnesota.

That’s murder, full stop.

You don’t shoot someone in the head for trying to flee the scene.

A reminder that creepy neo-Nazi fascist Mike Johnson was an architect of the January 6 coup plot. He’s a terrorist and a constitutional arsonist, not a Speaker.

If President Obama or President Biden had orchestrated a January 6 coup plot, they would already be in jail for sedition and treason. Fascist republicans are the only reason the orange felon was able to not only get away with all of it, but also shield himself in power.

Today ICE is allowed to resume using Medicaid data in deportation cases. The transfer of Medicaid data to ICE was unprecedented and put on hold. It's now back. We've uploaded the data sharing agreement here: www.404media.co/here-is-the-...
Here is the Agreement Giving ICE Medicaid Patients' Data

Former Special Counsel, Jack Smith, explicitly states:

"President Trump was by a large measure the most culpable and most responsible person in this conspiracy. These crimes were committed for his benefit. The attack that happened at the Capitol, part of this case, does not happen without him."

As we, the good people of America, remember J6 with horror and sadness, spare a thought for the residents of the city it happened in.

DC is often overlooked as a place where folks live, but this trauma happened to us, on our streets, in the place we call home.

I’ve always felt one of the untold stories of January 6th was how many Secret Service went along with Trump’s insanity and kept their mouths shut in aftermath. Not surprised, as Trump is a master at sniffing out corrupt LE, but their lack of valor added to the weakening of U.S.A.

I'm sorry, but WTF does the Secretary of Interior, who leads the management of Federal lands have ANYTHING expertise say about oil in Venezuela. I'll give you the answer: it has zero to do with #PublicLands and everything to do with Burgum being a "drill, baby drill" guy. #DUH

Pardons are political, with modern presidents expanding their use
Trump and Biden have issued pardons at a faster clip than their predecessors. Many of their decisions appear to have been political or personal in nature.

It hasn't been litigated because none of the recent prosecutions of retired servicemembers have relied upon Article 88. But we've raised it regularly as a reason why retirees *shouldn't* be subject to perpetual court-martial JX, and the 1A issues are ... severe:

Secretary Hegseth has threatened to court-martial a sitting U.S. Senator for a ... truthful video. Even though Kelly *is* subject to court-martial, such a prosecution would face insuperable obstacles.
