It's hard to overstate how enormous a political project this is for the right. Every category of anti-trans policy has a whole team in multiple countries, awash with dark money working to enact each facet. And always, the strategy is happening simultaneously in the legislature and the judiciary.

I am getting spotty reports of hospital systems in blue states cancelling gender affirming care appointments for those under 19 years of age.
If true, this would be a major problem, as systems comply with illegal EOs in advance out of fear of DOJ weaponization.
