After buying it for $18.8 billion, Walgreens' new private equity owner has eliminated paid holidays for all hourly workers on Christmas and New Year's.

Last year, Walgreens had a CEO-to-Worker pay gap of 410 to 1.

Corporate greed that would make even Scrooge blush.

New in PN: Heritage Foundation killed by MAGA

"RIP to the Heritage Foundation, which functionally died this week, as its most prominent staffers made a beeline for the exit.

The Suspect: Trump and his posse of online shitposters.

The weapon: Antisemitism.

The room: Phoenix Convention Center."

Epstein Survivor Lisa Phillips: Many survivors came forward, and we began comparing notes and working with people in Congress.

As we started connecting the dots, we realized that some of us were sent to the same person in Hollywood for movie auditions. Some of us went to the same modeling agency…

Lol, Zillow tried to rate the climate risks facing individual properties. The real estate industry *hated* it, precisely because it worked -- it made selling risky properties more difficult. So they rebelled & Zillow caved.

Don't look up!

Today I have:

Recorded, and edited, two podcasts.

Assembled and troubleshot my new 3D printer.

Collapsed into a brief period of malaise.

Made and retreived a curbside order for essentials.

Showered.

Ate actual food.

Consumed water.

Please, clap for me.
