I haven't been taking many pictures the last couple of weeks, (and today it's pouring rain), but here's a photo I took on Christmas Eve three years ago, of a single green lacewing egg in my garden. Think of it as a wrapped present with a bug in it.

We have been bringing the festive cheer to our friends at Natural England and the NFU in London recently – highlighting the continued badger cull.

240,000 badgers dead and nothing to show for it. It must end.

This Christmas remember there are 6,000 people with $16,000,000,000,000.

They could give everyone on the planet $1000 for Christmas and it would be only half their money.

Just 6,000 people, not even a small town.

So he made him a swimming harness.

He created an accommodation so his fish could live his best life.
