I don't recall a lot about politics in the 70s & 80s.
But, I recall a lot of people praised the GOP because they always claimed they were fighting for lower taxes.
And now they are all so excited and singing the praise of a GOP Prez who has raised taxes on the American people.

I haven't seen the videos yet, but I've seen several people talk about how the agents are being violent.
It's really not hard to be humane to people. I get they broke our laws by coming into the country illegally, but they did so at great risk to themselves and usually their families.

When you watch these heartbreaking videos showing the cruel and thuggish behavior of ICE agents, remember that these people are not being FORCED to commit these acts — they do so willingly. They could quit their jobs at any time. They could say “enough!”

Caught some of the severe thunderstorm on camera on the deck last night. We had steady hail for a good 20 minutes or more.
I was good with the hail, the thunder surprised me at the end.
Fortunately, no damage.

Well, Trump threatened additional sanctions yesterday if Russia didn’t agree to an immediate cease fire. 4th time he’s done that, and this is 4th time they rejected it. Trump continues to make threats while doing nothing, making us look weak and foolish yet again.
