I hope, by now, you know what to expect with the 1943 Sunday meal plan. A simple Breakfast, a Big mid-day meal, and something to tide you over later at night. Keep in mind the word was different 80+ years ago when you look at today's meal & let me know what you think. 🍽️ 🍜 #FoodSky #Menuoftheday

My bird of the year (so far)! Spent today putting a frame on this beauty - the magnificent Loch of Asta Siberian Thrush by the hugely talented Phil Jones. A fitting memento for what has been a very special year. #ukbirding

Are we _sure_ they don’t mean Scared of Chaka?
"Scared of Charlotte" is a whole new level of "scared of cities" that I'd never even considered possible
Rep. Pat Harrigan: "I have asked Josh Stein, our governor, to consider working with President Trump to allow the National Guard to come into Charlotte ... use the National Guard as a force multiplier and they can a lot of load off the Charlotte PD."

“Franklin did not succeed, partly because she was working on her own without a peer with whom to swap ideas. She was also excluded from the world of informal exchanges in which Watson and Crick were immersed.”

This is the painful part.

Okay “China wins the Neo-Opium Wars” is getting promoted to the “Before 2030” Bingo Card
Remind me how Iraq 2003 turned out? Wasn’t like a triangle of death or anything right? Certainly not a bunch of score settling and ethnic cleansing that impacted US policy priorities, global standing, force design, and killed a bunch of people, right?
hey i've heard this one before

I get his point but lol, Bucks County is one of the most stunningly beautiful places on earth disguised as semi-suburban/semi-rural mid-Atlantic everywhereness

almost every county is magically worse
Look, none of you want to live here, I get that. But I promise you Long Island is not a magically worse place—a worse place in kind rather than degree—than like, Bucks County, or the places Spanberger won. This is on the incompetence of the NY Democratic Party and the cowardice of its candidates.

As the cold reality of Cuomo’s defeat sets in, this is a moment for centrists to ask themselves: Have we lost touch with the common voter? Get out and spend time in the tattoo parlors and dispensaries. The drag shows, community gardens and outsider art galleries where Real New Yorkers congregate

oh brother, you do not ever have to hand it to Robbie George
My assumption is that the New York Post has better sources inside Heritage than most other press outlets. One tidbit of note: Princeton's Robert P. George, a Heritage trustee, is said to be pushing fellow board members to oust its president Kevin Roberts. Hope he succeeds.
