Thank you to the author Valerie Hudson for this article.

I take this opportunity to clarify that States and other stakeholders are not obligated to accept our findings and recommendations.

"I’m happy for female athletes but needing Trump to sweep out gender ideology is like having to bulldoze your house to get rid of dry rot.

He'll be so destructive - to Ukrainians, to Palestinians, to Americans..& the left allowed this..by denying reality"

Men, men, centrist "sensible" men. It's painful how wrong you are on this. Of course Trump isn't a sodding feminist. It's scandalous the Dems have even remotely made him look like one.
I like Ian's writing a lot. Agree with him on most things. He's a witty guy. But I'm afraid, predictably, he's like most other liberal men on this issue. The headline is deliberately provocative but the content is spot on. As is everything Janice has written on gender id.
Just the most frightful horrendous bollocks from people who should damn well know better.

If only this from the Sunday Times were new - the truth is even worse: that trusts have been advertising for “corridor nurses” for years. A horrendous illustration of how overwhelmed our hospitals are every year, all year. This isn’t “flu” - it’s flu + lack of beds + failure to address social care 🧵

My direct appeal to @rthonwesstreeting.bsky.social

If they sincerely care about dying people, surely now they will publicly & urgently commit to properly funding our threadbare, neglected palliative care?

Making dying easier is not the solution when NHS, social and palliative care are simply not there for patients

Even if you can't always prove it or prevent it, it matters to say "this, too, is rape". It matters because it's a statement about female bodily integrity and consent. It's a reinforcement of the belief that these things *always* matter. >

I don't know who needs to hear this, but if all you accomplish this weekend is reading a riveting novel cover-to-cover whilst drinking multiple kettles of tea and consuming a scandalous amount of croissants, then you will have accomplished more than enough.
