I love @thedailyshow.com and Jon Stewart, but WOW the repeated use of the r-slur with no bleeps in the latest episode is a lot. They even acknowledged it's a slur, but went ahead and said it half a dozen times. Ouch.

I just realized the only reason my employer of 7 (really 5) years had a solid #UX plan was because they inherited it when they gobbled up my original employer. My last contract largely ignored UX as a process.
