"most unpopular government of all time" makes no sense when you look at what Labour have actually achieved in Government. It shows how poisonous the gutter RW press and fake news sites like X & Facebook have been in shaping public opinion since the election.

Am I missing something? Government is elected for 5 years. Why does it matter what Reform are asking for. Populist opinion doesn’t matter outside of that term, if it did, we’d have had a GE as soon as Johnson was forced out. Hold the faith. Lots of good policy already done by Starmers government.

While a customs union between UK and EU would be a very positive development, there is a danger in presenting it as some sort of silver bullet that can deliver unrealistic growth. Only deep and dynamic beneficial alignment can achieve that. Listen to @pimlicat.bsky.social explain. ~AA

Do both.

And if solar parks are built near villages or towns, then offer the people who are potentially affected free electricity to offset their concerns.

Solar panels are not nuclear power stations. They can be removed with little environmental impact and can actually benefit biodiversity.
The solution is right above us. Solar panels on existing buildings, car parks, and along highways generate clean power without sacrificing farmland or wild spaces. Let's use our built world first. #Renewables #Innovation

Two facts I’m sure about:

1. Brexit caused the small boat crisis

2. Farage hasn’t the relationships nor the skill to sort out his own mess.

Starmer meanwhile builds relationships & is skilled at problem solving. He’s tackling the crisis at source. The results are positive

Classic example of how the press is framing everything the Labour government does in a negative way. Just beneath this headline is this, in smaller print 'government borrowing hits four-year November low'. Good news you would have thought so of course it is buried.

This is what a Labour government does.
Gives opportunities, not have them taken away from you as you have been told to your face that is what will happen with other parties. Wise up and see what’s in front of you.
Choose wisely.
