This is how I feel anyone my age hits me with that "I'm so old!" bull. Like, I dunno what to tell ya, I've got that mix of "nothing is terribly wrong with my body" genetic luck stirred up with a helping of "I took purposeful steps towards well-being and exercise". Part luck, part willpower I guess??
