Yes! I had doctors accuse me of thinking they were stupid. I had doctors say I was questioning their ability. I have a list of diagnosed conditions with little to no understanding about them. It was never just “anxiety” or “dehydration.” But so many doctors refuse to think “zebra.”

I had norovirus a few weeks back. Still not feeling great. My doctor told me my electrolytes are off-balance, but labs will say they are normal. Almost fainted from shock instead of POTS. IYKYK

When my potassium came back as low, an urgent care doctor actually told me to eat a banana. 😭 I had undiagnosed POTS. Eating a banana wasn’t going to stop me from fainting.

Seriously, as someone that finished the book- don’t buy it for your children!
Still haven’t seen Wicked, but it does warm my heart to know that there is now an entire other generation that is going to attempt to read, and inevitably decide not to finish, the book it’s based on
