Read somewhere that Stephen Miller has a 3000/day capture quota and if they reach that #, they get bonus pay. Doesn't matter if they are later released. They just have to capture 3k. So they can literally arrest anyone, citizen or not, to meet their evil quota. They DO NOT CARE about citizenship.

I am not exaggerating when I say ICE functions as a terrorist organization in the Twin Cities. The goal seems to be to harass and frighten people (the ones who are lucky enough to not be abducted, at least) and it's deeply unsettling when you learn they're in your neighborhood.
