By my count from last year, this should now make it 12 men named John who were awarded the Nobel, versus a total of five women (of any name). 🧪

Dass die Kampagne gegen #BrosiusGersdorf sich als erfolgreich erwiesen hat, ist besorgniserregend. Wie ihre Entscheidung zu bewerten ist, scheint mir dabei 1 nachgelagerte Frage — zentraler ist Rolle von Politik & Medien, die dringend aufgearbeitet werden muss, damit sowas nicht zur Regel wird.

How is this government still afloat? How they have not crumbled under the weight of their stupidity? Not a lot of this is talked in English unfortunately and I miss a lot of discourse, not understanding advanced Finnish. Can someone like @jmkorhonen.fi make a megathread on this in English? 😅
