D&D thought for today: Mixed units make combat more interesting. Fighting a mage, a knight, and a priest is more fun than fighting three knights. It allows for tactical decisions and often creates an interesting story when you explore the question: why are they working together?

D&D thought for today: Not all encounters need to be combat encounters. Well executed social and exploration encounters can challenge the party too.
