the more democrats concede to the republican war on trans people, the more that signals to the public that trans people are a problem and should be stigmatized.

How to deal with fascists 101.

Exactly, @stinque.com. There's a secular group of these nuts in SW WA. Their kids will be vaccinated, though. And they will be super pissed at their parents. Well, the kids who survive.
They’re reading “suffer the little children” totally wrong.

Mike Lee is an asshole. Oh, wait. This is Ted Cruz.
ICYMI: Sen. Ted Cruz flagged thousands of National Science Foundation grants for using words like “female” and “diversify.” A ProPublica analysis found numerous examples of projects caught up in his crude method for identifying research he calls “woke.”

The truth is we're all gonna die one day, but I never thought we'd die like serfs in the Middle Ages.
It took me a loooooong wait, but I got search results about 10 min ago. It’s many many NIH sites.

Exactly. We know who the true public servants are, and they are not Republicans in Congress.
Many people are trying — lawsuits being filed all over the place, heroic civil servants going down with the ship — but given the margins, it would take only a handful of Republicans in the House and Senate to bring it to a halt, and they’re the ones letting it slide.

always enjoyed how the proud boys named themselves after a bunch of toddlers who just successfully pooped in the potty
The funniest part is an allegedly grown man talking this much trash while wearing a hat that says PROUD BOYS.

It’s like thumping your chest in a t-shirt that says I’M MOMMY’S LIL STINKER
Today Enrique Tario and friends followed Fanone heckling him. Fanone tells Tario he is a traitor.

lord
Kind of funny that Kash refers to himself as 009, an agent who appears briefly in the intro of a James Bond movie dressed as a clown who is quickly stabbed to death
Ah yes, the car of a well-adjusted man with nothing to prove to anyone

Keep in mind the racist-ass Missoura Compromise, and fuck these people.
NEW: St. Louis officials say the state’s plan to wrest back control of the police department is an attempt by white conservatives to weaken Black political influence. It’s part of a broader pattern of Missouri Republicans trying to override the will of voters.

well, yeah. and now he's dicking around in Europe. He's a fucking menace.
Groups tied to Elon Musk have already spent more than $4.2 million on the Wisconsin Supreme Court race—a clear sign that his plans for oligarchy extend well beyond Washington.
Republicans and Elon Musk are also causing a constitutional crisis in the states
The GOP is going to unprecedented lengths to seize power over state courts in North Carolina and Wisconsin.

Striking how easily you can get millions of people to vote for a boot on their own face just by lying to them about the boot going on someone else's face.

truth!
Men did not “give” Women rights. White people did not “give” people of color rights. Gay Disabled All the other people… were not “given” rights by a bunch of men. They WITHHELD them… and then those rights had to be taken back. And now they’re trying to withhold them again.

About 2 call my congressfolks #5calls. #DOGE is in the #HUD Enforcement Management System

"Few records in the HUD system are redacted or anonymized, and many contain deeply personal material about those who have alleged or been accused of housing discrimination."

DOGE Gains Access to Confidential Records on Housing Discrimination, Medical Details — Even Domestic Violence
While some agencies have resisted efforts by Elon Musk’s team to access confidential records, HUD has opened the door. The potential harm to privacy could be significant.

Republicans are full steam ahead to defund Medicaid and kick kids off their health care to pass more tax giveaways for billionaires—but YOUR story & YOUR voice can make a difference.

Congress needs to hear from you—so my advice is to get loud.

Thankfully, some good news out of the corporate world. Apple shareholders just sided with management to reject an outside proposal to scrap the company's Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion programs, which the company called critical to their mission. And Apple stock up on the news.
Investors had been widely expected to reject the proposal during the company’s annual shareholders meeting — in alignment with Apple’s recommendation — despite rising tensions around corporate diversity, equity and inclusion (DEI) programs.

Elon is causing mass confusion—for some, a response is required, while for others, it’s not. Please check with your leadership to confirm whether you need to respond to the five-accomplishment email.

People have goldfish-like memories when it comes to politicians but let me remind you: Andrew Cuomo is a sexual abuser (13 women have accused him of sexual harassment, inappropriate touching/kissing, & retaliation against them) & a man who puts his own ego above the needs of the people at every turn
