Roberts (unconstitutionally, voidably) gave immunity to Trump - not Miller. Miller needs total victory to escape accountability. That goes for all the fash in power not named Donald Trump

Hi this was a month ago before the threats to Texas legislators.

I stress the procedural similarities to the Nazi enabling acts because it is transparently the inspiration for Vought, Miller, Vance et al. It’s not figurative langue or a rhetorical device. Fascism is predictable.

There’s no defeating the global fascist right without ending the genocide in Palestine. Genuine resistance from liberals cannot parse ICE from Gaza and succeed. It’s both morally wrong and makes it impossible to respond to the actual stakes of the situation.
