Tonight, at my direction as Commander in Chief, the United States launched a powerful and deadly strike against ISIS Terrorist Scum in Northwest Nigeria, who have been targeting and viciously killing, primarily, innocent Christians, at levels not seen for many years, and even Centuries! I have previously warned these Terrorists that if they did not stop the slaughtering of Christians, there would be hell to pay, and tonight, there was. The Department of War executed numerous perfect strikes, as only the United States is capable of doing. Under my leadership, our Country will not allow Radical Islamic Terrorism to prosper. I don't know the first thing about the Jeffrey Epstein situation, but I think in general that: 1) age of consent laws should be looked at more skeptically, 2) prostitution is not necessarily a bad thing, and 2) that based on my own personal experience of sexual activity when I was under the age of 18 with people who were over that age (initiated the contact, and did not reveal my age at the time) that some guy paying for a massage with a happy ending from someone he says that he thought was over 18 seems at least plausible. Age 13 is below the age of consent in my book, but 16 or 17 isn't necessarily so. But I don't read Krauss as in any way defending sex with a 13 or 14 year old girl. And I certainly don't think he has embarrassed scientists everywhere, even if he may have in retrospect wished he kept his opinion of the matter to himself. In any case, the issue doesn't appear to me to be as black and white as Watson's post seems to argue

It's the time of year for hot cereal. This morning, I had a big bowl of cheese grits & some toast. The cheese grits have 6 different kinds of dairy in them. :-D
A large glass of ice water, a big bowl of cheese grits with butter, and a couple pieces of toast. The bowl is sitting on a folded maroon cloth napkin on a plate; the toast is sitting directly on the plate. The plate & water are both sitting on another napkin of the same type, but unfolded. A third napkin, also cloth & folded quite small, but lilac colored & with a different texture, is behind the water & plate, at the edge of a TV table they all sit on. In the background are some plants & a small electronic tablet with the time on it (11:31 a.m.), and behind them is a window. The cheese grits have some butter melted on top, along with some pepper. Milk is around the edge of the grits inside the bowl.

Every time I see a new Netflix comedy special drop not knowing if it's someone who's going to be funny or someone who is just going rant for 70min about how your existence has forced them to be a hateful bigot.

I just don't watch standup comedy anymore. Too exhausting.

M45 (Pleiades/Seven Sisters) - the nebula around the stars is starting to come out. I'll keep adding to it. My new camera makes adding to images much, much easier!
