For anyone keeping track, this isn’t even the first time they’ve completely broken the site by bumbling around in the rate limiter.

There’s a reason the limiter was one of the most locked down internal tools. Futzing around with rate limits is probably the easiest way to break Twitter.

Another fanciful article about Gladis. Did Gladis jeopardise her baby while destroying ships? Did she care more about vengeance than baby due to some PTSD? Oh please.

No. None of the ships would have posed any dangers whatsoever.
She’s Gladis the Orca, Boat Destroyer.
White Gladis the orca may have been pregnant when she started attacking boats
White Gladis was so hellbent on stopping boats in the Strait of Gibraltar that she engaged in attacks instead of protecting her newborn calf.

No.

Orcas are terrifying. They eat great whites. They eat tiger sharks. Their evolution corresponds to megalodon extinction.

Thanks for Apollo, truly a great app. Sorry to see it end this way. Personally won’t be able to use Reddit without Apollo.
Maybe a bsky / mastodon app when things settle?
Apollo will close down on June 30th. Reddit’s recent decisions and actions have unfortunately made it impossible for Apollo to continue. Thank you so, so much for all the support over the years. ❤️ https://www.reddit.com/r/apolloapp/comments/144f6xm/apollo_will_close_down_on_june_30th_reddits/
