And what happens when those people dont buy insurance. And then those people go to the ER cause its their only option. And then that ER has to pass those costs on to those with insurance. The insurance company will just eat those impacts to their margins right? RIGHT?!

This is a fair point because the thing about degenerative brain diseases is that they tend to get worse on an exponential scale. So as bad as he is now, he will not be only slightly worse in 2027. Rats will be looking for life boats very soon.

Hang tight. I think you’re onto something. What if you extended it to a larger club like everyone who has one of those cards to social security. That club could negotiate for like +300MM people. Imagine THOSE savings!
